Zutaten
  

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 50g vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 50g butter substitute (vegan or halal)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200g fresh apples (sliced) or other seasonal fruit

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and line with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk base ingredients (flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder) until smooth.
  3. Spread batter evenly on the prepared sheet (1–2cm thick).
  4. For topping: Mix flour, butter substitute, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread or dot mixture over the batter. Arrange sliced apples evenly on top.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and a skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
