Zutaten
  

  • 300 grams fusilli pasta
  • 200 grams plain yogurt
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or chives, chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil plenty of salted water in a large pot. Cook the fusilli pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar to create a smooth dressing.
  4. Once the pasta is cooled, gently combine with the cucumber slices, diced bell pepper, and rinsed red onions.
  5. Stir in the chopped dill or chives.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight to blend the flavors.
